acon mSATA SATA III SSD T/TX410

acon’s mSATA delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with the Serial ATA I/II/III interface and is fully compliant with the standard mSATA form factor, known as JEDEC MO-300 standard.
The module is designed to operate at a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz with 30MHz external crystal. Its capacity could provide a wide range up to 1TB. Moreover, it can reach up to 550MB/s read as well as 500MB/s write high performance based on Toggle 2.0 TLC flash (with 32MB SDR enabled and measured by CrystalDiskMark v5.0). Meanwhile, the power consumption of the mSATA module is much lower than traditional hard drives, making it the best embedded solution for new platforms.

Apacer mSATA SATA III SSD SV170-300

Apacer’s SV170-300 utilizes 3D NAND for higher capacity up to 960 GB and provides more power efficiency than 2D NAND with compact form factor (mSATA, JEDEC MO-300) and great performance. Designed in SATA 6 Gb/s interface, the mSATA SSD is able to deliver exceptional read/write speed, making it the ideal companion for heavy-loading embedded or server operations with space constraints for host computing systems.

Regarding reliability, SV170-300 is implemented with LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) ECC engine to extend SSD endurance and increase data reliability while reading raw data inside a flash chip. In addition, the drive comes with various implementations including power saving modes, Global Wear Leveling, flash block management, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, power failure management and Hyper Cache technology.
