acon’s M.2 2280 delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with PCIe Gen3 x4
interface and is fully compliant with the standard Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF) called
M.2 Card Format. acon’s M.2 2280 offers a wide range capacity up to 1920GB and its
performance can reach up to 3000 MB/s (for read) and 1000 MB/s (for write) based on
Kioxia1 BiCS3 TLC NAND flash with the choice of 512MB/1GB/2GB DDR4. Moreover, the power
consumption of acon’s M.2 2280 is much lower than traditional hard drives, making it the best
embedded solution for new platforms.

Apacer PT120-M280 is the next generation modularized Solid State Drive (SSD) with the shape of all new M.2 form factor, with the aim of becoming more suitable for mobile and compact computers with standard width at only 22.00 mm. PT120-M280 appears in M.2 2280 mechanical dimensions and is believed to be the leading add-in storage solution for future host computing systems.
PT120-M280 is designed with SATA-based connector pinouts, providing full compliance with the latest PCIe NVMe 1.3 Gen3 x2 interface specifications to optimize the access performance. In addition, the transmission efficiency of Gen3 x2 enables the sequential read to speed up to 1600MB/sec, far more efficient than the theoretical 600MB/sec transmission performance of SATAIII.
Aside from PCIe compliance, PT120-M280 delivers exceptional performance and power efficiency. On the other hand, the extreme thin and light form factor makes PT120-M280 the ideal choice for high-speed computing and real-time data processing.

Cactus M.2 2280 PCIe SSD Series 270

The Cactus Technologies 270P Series Commercial Grade M.2 (also known as NGFF – Next Generation Form Factor) in the 2280 form factor (22mm x 80mm) is available in capacities from 128GB to 1TB. It is a solid-state flash memory product with native NVMe interface in a PCI Express Gen3 x4 configuration that is compliant with PCI Express base specifications, ver.3.1 and NVMExpress specifications, ver.1.3. Based on the highest quality and reliability 3D TLC NAND, it is intended for OEM and Industrial systems requiring high reliability over many years of usage in the field. All parts are conformal coated to avoid contamination from the environment and have a heat spreader for thermal management. It uses LDPC error correction with an End-to-End datapath protection. It supports NVMe defined SMART attributes and 16 I/O queues w/ max. queue depth of 32 each.
